Dining Services Renovation
Renovation of a former turn-of-the-century ± 85,000 SF architecturally historic athletic building into a state-of-the-art psychology/neurosciences facility plus a new ± 14,000 SF addition for the Alumni Center.
New Dormitory, ± 40,000 SF
Renovation and additions to an occupied building including classrooms, laboratory facilities and administrative spaces; complete replacement of the mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems; new exterior façade and new finishes, ± 90,000 SF
The ± 60,000 SF new student center provides a number of dining facilities and student gathering areas as well as a store, post office and theatre. The building exterior integrates cut stone, precast concrete, copper roofing, skylights, and custom wood windows. The facility has earned acclaim for its quality in design and construction.
