Princeton University, Princeton, New Jersey
Jadwin Hall Renovation

The renovation of Princeton’s Physics education building will be completed in five-phases while the building remains occupied. The work includes office and laboratory space, the phased replacement of the HVAC system, new internal finishes and energy efficient lighting, new windows, installation of a fire protection system, and construction of a new mechanical penthouse.

Duke Farms Foundation, Hillsborough, New Jersey
Duke Farms Renovation

Multi-phased substantial renovation of several turn-of-the century structures for various uses including (1) the Farm Barn Orientation Center and (2) the Orchid Range and Gardener’s Cottage into a state-of-the-art conservatory and teaching facility. Upon completion, Duke Farms will apply for LEED certification for two of the buildings with the goal of Platinum for the Farm Barn Orientation Center and Gold for the Orchid Range Conservatory

Also included is substantial sitework and infrastructure upgrades for the ±2,700 acre site including new utilities, restoration of existing lakes and landscaping, new stormwater retention basins, rainwater collectors for use in landscape irrigation, and a constructed wetland.

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Newtown, Pennsylvania
Space Systems Additions/Renovations

This project includes two additions – a High Bay for systems testing and a Multipurpose Meeting Facility. The project also includes renovations to connect the new additions to existing buildings on the campus. Upon completion of the project, the Owner will apply to have the buildings LEED certified with the certification goal of Silver for the High Bay Addition and Gold for the Multipurpose Meeting Facility.

Princeton Theological Seminary, Princeton, New Jersey
West Windsor Replacement Student Housing

This major project involves construction of multiple new buildings including three housing units, sitework, and demolition of existing facilities. Preconstruction services have started and onsite work is scheduled to begin in May or June of 2010. The project is being designed to achieve the goal of LEED Silver certification.

Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pennsylvania
The Hillel House Renovation and Expansion

Preconstruction services have begun on this project that involves renovations to two buildings plus an addition to join the buildings into one facility. The completed facility will have multiple uses including classrooms and office space for the sociology and anthropology departments and expansion of the Hillel House, a center for Jewish campus life.

The addition includes a Shabbat Dinner Hall with seating for over 300, a dedicated sanctuary, an institutional kitchen, additional student and staff office space and a student-designed lounge. Construction is planned to start in the second quarter of 2010.

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company, Skillman, New Jersey
Interior Renovations

The project involves extensive renovation and upgrades to the restroom facilities. The work is proceeding in phases in order to minimize the impact on operations.
