West Windsor Campus Replacement Student Housing
This major project involves construction of multiple new buildings including three housing units and related sitework. Clearing of the 12-acre site is in full swing and existing buildings are being demolished following the completion of asbestos abatement. Foundations for the first building began in early August. The project has the goal of achieving LEED Silver certification.
