West Windsor Campus Replacement Student Housing
This major project involves construction of ±300,000 SF of new student housing and related support structures plus site work. Work on the three residential buildings (see rendering below) is underway following clearing of the 12-acre site plus asbestos abatement and demolition of the existing buildings. The project has the goal of achieving LEED Silver certification.
